Don’t forget!

So Christmas has come and gone. Regardless of your feelings about how or when Christmas is celebrated, it is important that remember that Christmas is the celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We don’t know when Jesus was born. There are theories it was in the spring, or the fall. I’ve talked about this before, but it really doesn’t matter. We are celebrating His birth, and the day doesn’t matter as much as the reason.

We are celebrating His birth. We are celebrating God with us, Emmanuel. Before this event, as fallen men, salvation was the end, not the beginning. It was through this event that Salvation came to the world. Christ’s birth wasn’t the end, it was the beginning. Even Good Friday wasn’t the end, as He hung on the cross. Easter was the beginning of the next phase, but it wasn’t the end. The end only comes for those who do not receive salvation. Christmas represents the beginning.

As you step forward in your walk from here, bring Christ with you in your walk. Enjoy His presence in your life and glorify Him in your actions.

In the coming year, I challenge you to lift God up in your lives and be a Godly Man.

Until the Whole World Knows,
